Since the 1st of February, 2015 are liable for registration in URTI (unified register of tax invoices) all tax invoices and correcting settlement (including which are not provided to the Client, draw up on the operations on the delivery of goods/services, tax free) regardless of VAT size in one tax invoice / correcting settlement. Timeframe is the same – 15 calendar days next to the date of its drafting.
However during January 2015 will be liable for registration in URTI as earlier only such tax invoices with the sum of VAT which is exceed 10 000 UAH, and also tax invoices in electronic form and such that are drafting on the excise goods and goods imported into the customs territory of Ukraine.
During the period from 01.02.2015 till 01.07.2015 the registration of tax invoices / correcting settlement realizes without limitation of VAT sum, calculated by the formula, specified in p. 200-1.3 Tax Code of Ukraine. |
