In connection with the adoption of the Law from 28.12.2014, ¹ 71-VIII includes one of the property tax – transport tax natural persons and legal entities are tax payers of it. Taxes are liable for cars whose age is not more than five years and engine size is more than 3,000 cubic meters. The tax rate for these cars is set to 25 000 UAH for every car.
Tax will pay the owners of car within 60 days from the date of delivery of the tax notices, decisions, directed to individuals by supervisory authority at the place of registration before July 1 of this year.
All information necessary for the calculation of the transport tax, the internal affairs body will provide to the tax office. |
