From January 1, 2015 we shouldn't pay any more the excise tax on transactions for the disposal of papers and derivatives transactions. The respective provisions are excluded from the Tax Code of the Law from 12.28.2014 № 71-VIII.
In this case, according to the results of economic activity for the last reporting (tax) period in 2014 special tax payers have to provide tax returns in the prescribed manner.
